Step 1. Connect your iPhone to your computer, and unlock your iPhone.
Step 2. Open Image Capture and select your iPhone under DEVICES.
Step 3. Here you can view the thumbnails of your photos according to Name, Date, or File Size.
Step 4. Select the photos you want to import to computer. From the Import To menu, choose where to save the images or which app to use to open the image.
Step 5. Click Import to import only selected photos. To import all the photos, click Import All.
If you are on a PC, the Windows AutoPlay allows you to import all pictures and videos from iPhone to computer. Here is how:
Step 1. Connect your iPhone to computer, and AutoPlay should automatically pop up. If this is the first time you plug in with your iPhone, it may take few minutes to install the driver stuff.
Step 2. When you see the AutoPlay pop-up window, click "Import pictures and videos" to get all photos in camera roll from iPhone to computer.
