Sometimes it’s the problem of Apple system status, when the App Store is down no one can access it. Just go to Apple System Status page to check if the App Store status is available.
This is the simplest trick to fix App Store not working issue on iPhone, and many people don’t know how to clear App Store cache. Just open App Store, and you will see “Featured”, “Top Charts”, “Categories”, “Search”, and “Updates” at the bottom. Just tap on any of the options for ten times, for example, you can tap on the “Updates” option for 10 times and your App Store will start clearing cache.
