Basics

Once you install & launch Primo Android Data Recovery on your computer successfully, the main interface will display. You can Select All or Unselect All data based on your needs.

• At present, Primo Android Data Recovery only supports single-device connection.
• When you connect Android device to Windows computer at the first time, your computer will install USB Driver for your device automatically.

Primo Android Data Recovery will display the scanning result window to you after finishing the scanning process.

• Turn off your iTunes when using Primo Android Data Recovery to avoid iTunes automatic sync.
• Currently, Primo Android Data Recovery only supports to recover your data to computer.

Functions

To extract existing Android device data to computer, please choose Quick Scan mode.

The Deep Scan mode helps you retrieve deleted data from Android device.
